1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the “Terms”) govern the procedure for providing educational services and using the QA School educational platform (hereinafter — the “School”).

1.2. The owner of the School is QA Org (hereinafter — the “Administration”).

1.3. By registering and paying for access to the School’s courses, you (hereinafter — the “Student”) confirm that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained the consent of a legal representative

• Accept the terms of these Terms

• Agree to the processing of personal data

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. Course – an educational product of the School that includes video materials, textual materials, assignments, and tests.

2.2. Personal Account – a personal section of the School available after registration and payment.

2.3. Educational Content – all course materials, including videos, texts, images, presentations, and other materials.

3. Procedure for Providing Services

3.1. Access to a course is granted after:

• Registration on the School’s platform

• Full payment for the selected course

• Acceptance of these Terms

3.2. The duration of access to a course is specified in the description of each specific course.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Student

4.1. The Student has the right to:

• Access paid courses

• Receive technical support

• Participate in discussions and ask questions

• Receive a certificate upon successful course completion (if provided)

4.2. The Student undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration

• Not transfer access to their account to third parties

• Not distribute course materials

• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

• Follow the rules of communication within the community

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All course materials are the intellectual property of the School or its partners.

5.2. The Student is granted a limited right to access course materials solely for personal use.

5.3. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Copy course materials

• Distribute course materials

• Publish materials in open or public access

• Transfer course access to third parties

• Use materials for commercial purposes

6. Refund Policy

6.1. The Student has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of course payment.

6.2. To request a refund, the Student must:

• Send a request to qa.school@gmail.com

• Specify the reason for the refund

• Provide the necessary details for processing the refund

6.3. A refund will not be issued if:

• More than 14 days have passed since payment

• More than 20% of the course materials have been completed

• Violations of the platform usage rules have been identified

7. Disclaimer of Liability

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for:

• Failure to achieve expected results from the course

• Technical failures beyond the control of the School

• Actions of third parties

• Inability to use the course due to technical issues on the Student’s side

7.2. The School does not guarantee:

• Employment after course completion

• Receipt of a specific income

• Achievement of specific results

8. Amendments to the Terms

8.1. The Administration has the right to amend these Terms.

8.2. The updated version of the Terms comes into force upon publication.

8.3. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination of Access

9.1. The Administration has the right to terminate the Student’s access to courses in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Distribution of course materials

• Transfer of access to third parties

• Attempts to hack or disrupt the operation of the platform

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.

10.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Administration.
